First Edition Books and Dust Jackets

The First Three  Mason Books, written in the early 1930's in Ventura, California, and transcribed on 400 block of Main Street.

             "The Case of The Velvet Claws"

The first  Mason book written in Ventura, California in 1932 and published the following year by Morrow. At the left is a picture of the first edition dust jacket. Very rare and correspondingly expensive.

 

  "The Case of The Sulky Girl"

The second Mason book to written in Ventura, California in 1932 and published the following year by Morrow. At the left is a picture of the first edition dust jacket. This, for some reason, is the scarcest  Mason book jacket to acquire. The book itself is rather scarce as well. In a dust jacket it is very rare and expensive.


 

"The Case of The Lucky Legs"

The third Mason book to written in Ventura, California in 1933 and published the following year by Morrow. At the left is a picture of the first edition dust jacket. This  is also on of the scarcest Mason book jacket to acquire. It is very rare and again, now expensive.
